YUZU

For this quintessential favourite, choice 100% Japanese Yuzu is infused into the snowskin, and paired with low sugar white lotus paste. The centerpiece of a delectable white chocolate truffle filled with yuzu white chocolate ganache is a delightful surprise.

BLACK SESAME RASPBERRY

Fresh natural raspberries are used to tinge this blush snowskin that is paired with black sesame paste. A white chocolate pod filled with raspberry white chocolate ganache completes this composition.

MATCHA

Kyoto Uji-matcha is used for this snowskin that wraps around the red bean paste with a hidden treat of delight in a morsel of white chocolate truffle filled with matcha white chocolate ganache.

BUTTERFLY PEA GULA MELAKA COCONUT

A dark chocolate truffle filled with white chocolate coconut ganache is the hidden surprise in this inspired creation. It sits in a cocoon of low sugar Gula Melaka lotus paste before it is finally dressed with the blue-tinged skin from the butterfly pea flower.

SEA SALT CARAMEL CHOCOLATE

This pairing of Valrhona chocolate snowskin with lotus paste is a favourite. Its hidden secret is a dark chocolate truffle filled with divine dark chocolate Maldon sea salt caramel.

Our classic rendition of salted egg yolk and lotus paste in a skin made with the subtle natural green hue of the pandan leaf.
