Suffering from many allergies, Chef Christine Ng trained at Cordon Bleu in London but then spent 4 years experimenting in the kitchen with the mission to use only natural ingredients.
Christine refuses to use preservatives, additives, unnatural rising agents, colourings, shortenings or artificial essences. All our cakes are made from fresh and natural ingredients. All the colourings used are naturally squeezed through fresh fruits and vegetables.
