A combination of two of our signature flavours, the Matcha Yuzu features our delicately soft yuzu chiffon with a hint of aromatic matcha, topped with silky matcha cream and tangy yuzu curd. Absolutely "oishii"
Freshly baked upon order in our SFA certified shop. Handcrafted naturally without artificial preservative, colouring, flavouring, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, alcohol, animal gelatine nor lard. All colours and flavours are extracted from fresh fruits, plants or flowers. We use sunflower oil and Himalayan pink salt only.
