Gluten Free Pandan Coconut Chiffon

Inspired by the classic snack ondeh-ondeh, our aromatic and soft chiffon is made with 100% freshly extracted pandan juice, coconut cream and a slight savoury note of Himalayan pink salt. Frosted with a layer of gula melaka cream and decorated with artisanal coconut inti, this chiffon is this perfect treat for pandan and coconut lovers.

Handcrafted with all-natural ingredients and free from artificial additives, preservatives, alcohol, animal gelatine, or lard, our cakes are infused with the vibrant colours and flavours of fresh fruits and plants. We use sunflower oil and Himalayan pink salt for a pure, wholesome treat. Ideal for daily enjoyment, product launches, corporate gifts, and celebrations.
