With a desire to preserve the legacy of the family recipe, Christine studied the traditional production methods under her 7th uncle.

Christine spent months mastering original textures and taste, and then tested ways to build on what she learned as a Pastry Chef from Le Cordon Blue in London. And with that, Simple Indulgence Patisserie was conceived and with a mission - To share natural, simple yet indulgent creations with everyone ❤️
