The name "truffle", in Chocolate truffles, comes from their resemblance to mushroom-like fungus, considered a delicacy of the same name. In the making of chocolate confectionery, there is no actual truffles used.

The chocolate truffles in our snowskin mooncakes are hand piped one by one with our in-house ganache, uniquely paired to complement each mooncake flavour.
