Inspired by our previous Mother's Day flavours

A delicately light Yuzu chiffon filled with piquant passionfruit curd and decadent raspberry white chocolate ganache. Encased in a velvety yuzu white chocolate ganache complemented by assorted citrus fruit jelly; a refreshing cake to tempt the taste buds.

Freshly baked upon order in our SFA certified shop. Handcrafted naturally without artificial preservative, colouring, flavouring, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, alcohol, animal gelatine nor lard. All colours and flavours are extracted from fresh fruits, plants or flowers. We use sunflower oil and Himalayan pink salt only.
